We have simplified the process of looking at a venue.

We no longer offer packages because guest counts vary along with individual food and equipment choices. The Quarry is a full service venue that includes a planner with 20 years of experience. If you choose we offer everything needed for ceremonies and receptions. We have a full catering staff, officiant services, complete photography and vidiography along with flowers, music and wonderful cakes.

When visiting The Quarry we will provide you with a contract and complete best estimate of your event costs.

     Basic Site Fees

Our garden tent is available all year round. Think of it a a glass box in the middle of a garden, heated, with incredible ambiance (the night lighting is incredible) and includes outdoor sculpture and indoor galleries.

HIGH Season Site Rental Rates (March 22nd-October 20th)

Friday $2,000, Saturday $3,500, Sunday  $2,500, Monday – Thursday   $950

LOW Season Site Rental Rates (October 21th-Mar 21st)

Friday $1500, Saturday $2,500, Sunday $1,500, any week day $750 (30 or less guests),

Site Policies

Beverage Policies

Beverage set up fees are $20 low season (October 15-May 14th), $25 high season (May 15th October 14th) per adult guest and include set up of the bar and non-alcoholic beverage areas, chilling of wines champagne and beers, provision of ice and glassware.  Bartenders are billed for separately.

Catering Policies:
Quarry Menus are available from the Quarry's Wedding Coordinator but you can review some on the menu page.

No outside catering is permitted.  Exceptions to this must be discussed with The Quarry Planning staff and usually is only permitted when uniquely ethnic food is involved.

A Prep Area rental fee of $1000/per day will apply for outside Catering.

Lighting/Sound:
Dramatic up lights create romantic ambiance throughout the Gardens.
Due to the acoustics at the Quarry, a microphone is not typically needed for ceremonies held at the Lagoon.

Parking:
Complimentary parking is provided for up to 90 cars. Shuttles from the parking lot to the Main Gardens may be contracted through the Quarry’s Wedding Coordinator.
Valet parking is required for groups with over 60 cars (120 guests). Additional charges will apply.

Room Setup:
Furniture setup requests and room layouts must be coordinated with the Quarry’s Wedding Coordinator at least three weeks prior to the event date.
No outside rentals are permitted.
Day-of furniture changes will be billed at $40/per hour per staff person. Please note that, due to Insurance Liability, only staff may move or rearrange furniture.

Wedding Coordination:
All weddings at The Quarry include the services of an experienced Wedding Coordinator who will be happy to assist in managing the following services for your event upon request;
          Rentals (Specialty Linen, China, Glassware, Stage/Platforms, Podiums, Tenting & Permits)
