Artist and owner, Joseph Kinnebrew was also the creator of a premier destination restaurant on the island of St. Lucia in the West Indies from 1981 -1986.

In 2010, he again revisits his love of food and presentation by joining creative forces with Kathy Longstreet who is well known in our area for her carefully prepared food. Kathy is particularly unique in that nearly all her food is created by her in the kitchens of her fine restaurant and on site. The menu choices are extensive and will delight many tastes.

Menus change with the seasons and we use only the freshest locally grown organic ingredients and artisanal foods from the Skagit River Valley. We will also offer carefully selected wines and microbrews.

It is all in the details.

The Quarry offers catering. Perhaps the main reason we do this is because of details. Yes the devil is in the details but so are the angels and because The Quarry is about aesthetics we want to extend this artistic consideration to every aspect of your event. This of course includes the food and wine.

Small things like menus at each place setting, table runners and creative food presentation are all part of our catering efforts. And yes the cost of these services is a consideration. We have made every effort to be fair with our prices and still serve the freshest ingredients including those from our abundant Skagit River Valley.

Every wedding dinner is unique. We work with you to select food that is appealing to you and often prepare special recipes that are of particular importance to you and/or your family.

Whether it is elegantly garnished dinner served at the table, a graciously presented buffet or simply elegant appetizers we make food an experience. Along with all the other necessities for your event we can also provide full bar service (spirits) and an artistic selection of cakes and special desserts.

An additional service is the beautiful center pieces and other flowers that add the important finishing touches.
